Wine Club
We've decided to replace our old regular cases scheme
with our new Wine Club.
What is the Wine Club?
The Wine Club is a simple, flexible, and straightforward
way of buying cases of wine regularly. You simply tell us the type
of wines you like, how often you want to receive them, and how much
you want to pay, and leave the rest to us. We'll select for you wines
that meet your stated criteria, and send them to you at your chosen
frequency.
Why should I join?
It's free!
It's easy!- there's no lugging heavy cases back from the shops.
Wine club members receive free delivery (UK mainland only, Scottish
Highlands and Islands excepted).
There will be occasional special offers made available only to wine
club members.
How do I join?
Simply call me on 0800 8493078 to set the scheme up.
What do I have to Specify?
Your Choice of Wines - we offer 12-bottle
cases, and within a case, you can pick any combination of red, white,
rosé, sparkling, or dessert wines. Just let us know what mix
you'd like, together with any particular country/region preferences.
How many cases per delivery, and how often
you'd like them delivered. We would normally send out wine
around the beginning of each month, but we can accomodate different
delivery dates if you prefer.
How much you want to spend on each case. The cost
of wines varies between countries, and the choice available varies
across the price spectrum. For wines from France and Germany, we recommend
a starting budget of £90-100 per case, for Austria around £120,
and Switzerland about £150. The choice is yours - but the more
you pay, the more interesting (and better) your selection will be!
Can I change my selections?
Yes, at any time. Just let us know of any changes to
your requirements, and we'll put them into effect with your next case.
How do I pay?
Tell us your card details or set up a standing order (we will let
you know our bank details if this is your preferred method of payment).
As an example, if you opt for a £120 case of wine every other
month, we will simply take £60 every month from your card. We'll
agree this with you at the outset.
Test Run
If you like, you can purchase a typical case at your
chosen budget before joining our Wine Club and see for yourself the
quality of the wines we offer. Just call me if you would like to try
this.
Flexibility
We aim to be incredibly flexible and to accomodate as many of your
special requests as we can - so if there's a particular wine you like,
you can specify that you would like to receive a few bottles in future
cases. You can do as much or as little of the work of choosing your
selection as you like - if you like mix cases with wines from different
countries, or indeed leave the choice entirely up to us.
Continuity
Once you've joined, we will continue to send your selections
automatically until you stop payment or otherwise tell us you wish
to discontinue. There is no commitment to future purchases, and no
penalty for stopping.
