• Assistance with wine selection - if you don't want to choose a selection yourself, we can suggest a selection of wines. Just let us know what style the recipient likes, and a budget, and we will compose a case for you.
• Targeted delivery date - if the gift is for a Birthday or other specific event, we can despatch the wine shortly prior to the desired delivery date with a view to it arriving on that date. Our carriers operate an overnight service which normally results in next-working-day delivery, although this is not guaranteed in all cases and we can advise according to your needs. Please call or email if you are aiming for a specific delivery date.
• Gift message service - we can include in the parcel a message for the recipient if you wish. You provide the text and we can print this and enclose in the box. Alternatively if you wish to generate your own message in a common file format (PDF or WORD preferred) and email this to us, we can print it and include with the wine. If time permits, and you wish to send us  your own Greetings card by post prior to despatch, we can include this in the box.
• No invoice in parcel - it is normally inappropriate, in the case of a gift, for an invoice to be included in the box. Normally, for gifts, we can according to your instructions send the invoice to you directly, by post or email, and not with the wine. (Please note that for exports, it may  not be possible to do this as customs regulations in destination countries often require invoices to accompany goods as proof of value for duty calculation purposes.)
