This Cariñena Bodega produces a range of wines from traditional grape varieties such as Garnacha, Mazuela, Macabao, Tempranillo, and also Cabernet Sauvignon, grown at altitudes between 500 and 850m above sea level, in spotless modern production facilities which have benefited from significant investment in recent years. Produced from a blend of selected Chardonnay and Macabeo grapes (Macabeo is the traditional variety for the Cariñena region). A straw-yellow, highly aromatic, slightly floral, and very fruity, with subtle tropical hints, this refreshing Spanish white is a joy to drink. Serve at 8-10ºC - a great summer wine, ideal for the barbeque, or with fish, shellfish, white meat dishes, or just on its own. Long dry finish. Superb value.

maximum potential from each variety prior to blending. A lively pink redcurrant colour, with aromas of atrawberry, raspberry, and rose petals. Fresh and fruity on the palate. Makes a fantatsic summer wine - chill and drink with pasta dishes, chicken, salads, or on its own. Superb value.

This wine is a blend of Garnacha, Syrah, and Merlot, each vinified individually in stainless steel prior to blending. A deep dark red, with spice on the nose, this wine has good body and flavours of ripe red berry fruits - raspberries and loganberries - with cream, spice, and hints of truffle on the palate. Drink at 14-16 deg C - works well with red meat dishes, and strongly flavoured cheeses, but also enjoyable on its own.

This Crianza is made from the oldest Garnacha grapes from the estate. The wine spends 6 months in American oak and is then bottle-aged prior to release. An intense cherry red with good depth of colour, and brick-red hues around the rim, with aromas of red berries (redcurrants, bilberries), with spicy fruit and vanilla and toffee flavours on the palate. Good balancing acidity gives the wine a good structure and a long finish. Ideal on its own or goes well with red meat dishes. Serve at 14-16ºC.
