Beaujolais Wines

We offer an extensive range of Beaujolais wines, one of the most comprehensive in the UK, including Beaujolais, Beaujolais Villages, and wines from all ten Beaujolais Crus - the best wines of the district, each with its own distinct character and style. Some you may know, but others you may not have heard of. The Crus are Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly, Chénas, Chiroubles, Fleurie, Juliénas, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent, Régnié, and last but not least, romantically named Saint-Amour. Beaujolais is principally a red wine, made using the Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc grape - which comes into its own and produces classic wines on the granite soils of the Beaujolais; tiny amounts of Beaujolais Blanc and Beaujolais Rosé are also made, and we offer both. We also normally offer Beaujolais Nouveau, the new wine released in November after the harvest. The fine Beaujolais wines we offer are truly superb products - real gems, hand-crafted with flair by some of the best small-scale producers in the region. So go on - try some - we know you will enjoy them.
